Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AIARCO ("the Service"), including aiarco.com, ads.aiarco.com, publishers.ads.aiarco.com, and the AIARCO API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AIARCO provides an advertising platform for AI services. Advertisers can create and manage CPC ad campaigns. Publishers can monetize their AI products by integrating the AIARCO API to serve contextual ads to their users.

3. Advertiser Terms

  • Advertisers are charged on a cost-per-click (CPC) basis
  • Advertisers must fund their account balance via Stripe before campaigns can run
  • Ad content must comply with all applicable laws and must not be misleading, offensive, or fraudulent
  • AIARCO reserves the right to reject or remove any ad that violates these terms
  • Campaign budgets are deducted in real-time as clicks occur

4. Publisher Terms

  • Publishers earn 70% of CPC revenue generated from ads served on their channels
  • Payouts are processed via Stripe when the unpaid balance reaches $100 USD minimum
  • Publishers must not generate fraudulent clicks or impressions (click fraud)
  • Publishers must not modify ad content or click URLs
  • AIARCO reserves the right to withhold payouts if fraud is detected

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. You must not share API keys with unauthorized parties.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Generating fake clicks, impressions, or conversions
  • Using bots or automated tools to interact with ads fraudulently
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit the AIARCO API
  • Advertising illegal products or services
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

The AIARCO brand, platform, and technology are owned by AIARCO. Advertisers retain ownership of their ad content. Publishers retain ownership of their AI products.

8. Limitation of Liability

AIARCO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Outstanding balances will be settled upon termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
